The Social Rides website (hereinafter “the Platform”) is published by a natural person in a non-professional capacity.
In accordance with Article 6-III-2 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the publisher, a natural person publishing in a non-professional capacity, has chosen to remain anonymous. Their identity has been provided to the host (see below), which keeps it available to the judicial authorities.

Role of the Platform
Social Rides is a technical intermediary within the meaning of Article 6 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy. The Platform is not the organiser of the cycling rides announced by users, who are solely responsible for them. Liability terms are detailed in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data, which you can exercise at contact@socialrides.cc.
